GreyBound Remediation fixes Bitcoin infrastructure issues the client already knows or that Review found. The work is code, configuration, architecture, and operations on the running system, then checks and handoff.

- Implemented Fixes (필요한 코드, 구성, 아키텍처, 운영 변경)

- Change Documentation (무엇이 바뀌었는지, 이유, 운영 방법, 잔여 위험)
