Review

Remediation

Technical & Security Issue Remediation

クライアントが既に把握している問題、または Review で特定した問題を修正します。

クライアントが受け取るもの：

• Scoped Fix Plan（合意した問題リスト、優先順位、受入基準、変更リスク）
• Implemented Fixes（必要に応じたコード、設定、アーキテクチャ、運用変更）
• Verification Evidence（テスト、セキュリティチェック、設定チェック、回帰結果）
• Change Documentation（何が変わったか、理由、運用方法、残存リスク）
• Handoff for Follow-up（次の明確なステップ。必要なら対象を絞った再確認や再 Review）

Upgrades

Feature Development & Product Enhancement
